Lindy's hint was: No time to do the dishes and have visitors coming over? Fill your esky with hot water, detergent and a dash of bleach. Add the dishes, clip the lid on and put into an inconspicuous corner. The water stays hot for up to 8 hours and the dishes virtually do themselves.
Sharon's hint was: Next time you are making muffins, pikelets etc, mix some extra batches of the dry ingredients into airtight containers. Label with the names and make a note of what you need to add. For example: Choc Chip Muffins, add 1 egg and half a cup of milk. Great for busy mornings or when guests arrive, and saves on clean up.
